- Guy Mayhew Review added: 2018.07.19★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Unfortunately after using Marcus for 3 years, after the most recent visit the Baffle plate at the top of my burner was removed during the service and not replaced.
After operating the fire, unknowing this piece was not installed (and later realising due to the inability to control the burn rate) has led to a crack forming on the outer piece of the stove, resulting in additional cost getting this corrected.
After trying to contact Marcus I received no response, which leaves me feeling that he knew it was left out. Disappointing, as a bit of honesty would have saved my stove.
